Sign Up as an Invited User

This guide explains how a user who has been invited to the Haddock platform can complete their registration and access the application.

Prerequisites#

You must have received an invitation email from an admin on the platform.

Step 1: Go to the Login Page#

• Open your browser and navigate to the Haddock platform URL
• You’ll arrive on the login page
• Click on the “Sign up” button to open the signup form

Step 2: Fill Out the Registration Form#

• Enter your name
• Use the same email address that received the invitation (⚠️ very important)
• Choose a secure password

⚠️ If the email does not match an invitation, the registration will fail.

Step 3: Access the Platform#

• After submitting the form, your account is instantly created
• You are automatically logged in
• You now have access to the platform as a standard user
